For take-away goods, our shops accept payment in cash, by EC card and by credit card. On conclusion of a purchase contract a deposit becomes due (as a rule 30%), for which you likewise have the choice between payment in cash, by credit card or by EC card. You can settle the remaining amount before the delivery date by bank transfer or by payment in the shop; otherwise the remaining amount is due in cash on delivery.

We always have at least 100 beds in stock. If your desired bed should not be available, we will order it from the manufacturer. Beds held in stock are delivered in approx. 2 weeks; individually configured beds in approx. 8–10 weeks. We will give you the exact delivery times during the sales consultation in our showrooms.

Within the delivery area of our stores we offer a delivery service for the beds purchased from us. We are happy to assemble the bed in your bedroom if you wish. Otherwise we can arrange kerbside delivery throughout Germany and even across Europe.

Do take your time before buying and measure the space in your bedroom. The headboards of boxspring sleep systems can be higher than those of conventional beds. Also make sure that the headboards do not cover the sockets in your bedroom. And take a second look at staircases and lintels (the height of the door opening).

If you order delivery and on-site assembly with your purchase, you can also arrange for the disposal of your old bed at the same time: we then take care of environmentally sound disposal.

If delivery and assembly on site have been agreed, we take all the packaging of your new bed away with us. Otherwise the transport films can be disposed of as packaging waste.

On request our drivers will announce the delivery and assembly to you by telephone. Please note that we will charge for a further journey should we not find you at home on the agreed delivery date.

It can take a while for your body to become accustomed to the sleeping comfort of a new bed. Muscles, tendons and joints relax in the process – and this period of adjustment can last up to two weeks.

With the 25-year COCOON guarantee we provide a replacement should individual pocket springs in your boxspring mattress break through use, or should the frame of the boxspring base be damaged. In addition we offer a linear 5-year guarantee on mattresses and toppers.

Keep your bed dry: duvet and mattress should be aired with the window open after sleeping. Always use a mattress protector between the sheet and the mattress. We recommend turning and rotating boxspring mattresses regularly.

The operating principle of a boxspring mattress: the heavy parts of the body, such as the pelvis and shoulders, are able to sink in, while the lighter parts are supported. In this way the spine forms a horizontal line – the muscles relax, circulation is stimulated and you find rest and recovery in your sleep.

Most of our boxspring mattresses are designed for a weight range of 50–110 kilos. For people up to 1,90 m in height, a mattress in the standard length of 200 cm is generally sufficient.

The sleep consultants in our showrooms discuss your individual sleeping needs with you. This covers your sleeping type and your physical build, that is, the relationship between height and weight.

Whether you sleep on your front, on your side, on your back or change position during the night – every group needs a different boxspring mattress. Front sleepers need a firmer mattress, side sleepers one that yields at specific points, back sleepers a medium-firm one, and position changers an all-rounder.

Front sleepers should choose a relatively flat pillow. For side sleepers, a pillow that supports the neck is recommended. For back sleepers, the right pillows are those that carry the weight of the shoulders and head without raising the neck too far.

Toppers are slim over-mattresses that provide a comfortable lying sensation. As an additional cushioning layer, they give the shoulders and hips extra room to sink in. Toppers are made of cold foam, latex, cotton, horsehair or down, as preferred.
