Ergonomic
Ergonomics refers to maintaining the body’s natural posture and shape while lying down. This means that when lying on the side, the shoulder and hip must sink in at specific points to achieve a straight spinal position. In the back position, the mattress must accommodate the buttocks to maintain the natural curvature of the lower back. In the stomach position, the entire body should sink slightly, which also applies—depending on body type—to the abdomen. This is known as point elasticity. The all-in-one construction of the box spring system ensures this point elasticity by becoming progressively firmer in the lower layers. A snug cover made of textile silk ensures a pleasant, temperature-neutral sleeping experience.

The cloud topper made of breathable, perforated latex and soft cold foam allows the body to sink in and relieve pressure – just like on cloud nine.

The middle layer with its 412 micro-pocket springs per m² is perfectly suited to absorbing the organic contours of the body thanks to its high point elasticity.

The foundation of the all-in-one box spring structure is the robust basic pocket spring core. With its large 256 pocket springs per m², it provides the necessary support and stability. The critical main pressure points of the shoulders and hips in particular are supported by this firm spring core.
Please note: It may take a few days for the body to get used to the new, unfamiliar ergonomic lying sensation. It is therefore possible that – similar to after a good massage – there may be slight sensations of pain in the first few days. Due to the three-layer box spring construction and the integrated cloud topper, the cover is not removable. But this is not a problem at all: we always recommend using a standard mattress protector, as with other mattresses. You can then easily wash it yourself.
Unfortunately, firmness grades such as H2, H3 or H4 are not uniformly defined as a standard anywhere. This means that these firmness levels are chosen by the manufacturers themselves and are therefore not really meaningful. However, due to the three-layer box spring construction of the All-in-One, it can be said that the appropriate firmness level for people between 55 kg and 100 kg is medium-firm.
