We are looking for a Sales Associate / Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) for our COCOON Luxury Beds showroom in Mallorca (full-time, part-time or temporary position).

You will work in an owner-managed company. COCOON Luxury Beds is a German market leader in the premium segment for boxspring beds and sleep products.

Your responsibilities

• Selling and advising customers on beds, bedding, mattresses and home accessories
• Supporting the store management (deputy store manager role)
• Maintaining and restocking the showroom and shelves
• Preparing sales contracts by hand
• Entering purchase contracts into our merchandise management system
• Decorating the showroom and product displays
• Assisting with stocktaking and inventory checks
• Planning and coordinating deliveries

Your profile

• Sales experience, ideally with retail or wholesale training
• Very good German, English and Spanish language skills
• Service-oriented and commercial mindset
• Friendly appearance and professional manners
• Team player with an independent and reliable working style
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
