A Warranty for Your Box Spring

It performs at its best while staying hidden: the box spring. This padded box with its interior of steel springs replaces the conventional slatted frame and is the most heavily stressed part of your bed. With every getting up and lying down, it bears the combined weight of the mattress and body. No matter how high the pressure may be, the materials used by our manufacturers and the craftsmanship are of such high quality that the box springs rarely reach their limits, even after years of use. That’s why we confidently offer the 25-year COCOON warranty against spring breakage inside the box spring, as well as against the breakage of the wooden frame from which this spring box is made.

What the Warranty for Pocket Spring Mattresses Means

It is the heart of your bed: the pocket spring mattress – a small masterpiece. The springs sewn into fabric pockets work independently and precisely to align your spine horizontally when lying down. This is the foundation for truly restorative sleep. Whether you are petite or have a particularly organic body structure, whether you are tall or have broad shoulders or hips, the springs inside the mattress tirelessly work for your restful sleep. And they are of such high quality in terms of construction and craftsmanship that you will still feel truly secure on this mattress, even after years. Here, the 25-year warranty against spring breakage serves as our assurance to you, so you can sleep soundly without worries.

Our Promise: A Safe Bed

We are aware that our 25-year COCOON warranty goes far beyond the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty. But it reflects our commitment to customer service, offering a warranty on the essential components of the bed, namely springs and frames, which extends well beyond the estimated lifespan of a mattress (8-10 years).

Warranty Information:

• COCOON offers a 25-year warranty from the moment of delivery, ensuring that no spring and/or frame break occurs with the beds we deliver. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling of the bed.
• The warranty is valid only for the original buyer and is not transferable to any legal successors.
• It cannot be transferred to third parties. The buyer must report any defects to the customer service of the store where the bed was purchased as soon as the defect is discovered, and provide the original invoice.
• If the customer claims their warranty rights, we first have the right to repair the defect. If this is not possible, we can exchange the defective product for an identical one or, if the purchased model is no longer available, for an equivalent product.
• If we invoke disproportionality in the repair or exchange of the product, the customer is instead entitled to withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.
• In the case of withdrawal, the customer must pay us an appropriate usage fee for the product’s use. There is no right to withdraw in case of a minor defect.
• In the case of repair or replacement, the warranty period does not restart. The original warranty period remains valid, even for replaced parts. The presentation of the original invoice is mandatory in every case. Further warranty information can be found in our terms and conditions.

The use of this warranty is free of charge. Your rights are not limited by the warranty. The warranty provider is HGC Cocoon GmbH, Berliner Allee 55, 40212 Düsseldorf. The geographical scope is within Germany.
